Titulaire d’un doctorat en mathématiques appliquées de l’École Polytechnique de Montréal, Nadia Lahrichi est professeur au département de mathématiques et génie industriel depuis 2011. Ses intérêts de recherche s’orientent principalement vers la modélisation et l’application des outils de résolution de la recherche opérationnelle dans le secteur de la santé. L’optimisation des flux de patients (ordonnancement, gestion des rendez-vous, …) et de l’utilisation des ressources (horaire du personnel, dimensionnement de l’espace, …), autant du point de vue de l’amélioration des processus que de la qualité de la planification sont particulièrement visés.
